New partnership, new homes

We’re excited to announce a new chapter in our mission to end homelessness, Stepping Stone Projects has officially signed its first Management Agreement with Jigsaw Homes Group, marking the beginning of a promising partnership.

Signed in May 2025, the agreement has already delivered five new homes in Wigan for people experiencing homelessness. This is more than just bricks and mortar, it's a shared commitment to providing safe, supported housing that enables individuals to move forward with stability and dignity.

Under the agreement, Jigsaw Homes Group will act as the registered provider and deliver all repairs services, while SSP will provide Intensive Housing Management and Concierge support within the building, ensuring a wraparound approach to meeting residents’ needs.

Both partners are optimistic about the future. With Jigsaw having additional properties across the region, there’s strong potential for the partnership to expand and create more high-quality supported housing across the North West.

This collaboration is a great example of how housing providers and support services can come together to make a real difference, and we’re proud to be working with Jigsaw to build a brighter future for more people in need.
