Individual support services help our customers develop their skills and knowledge.

A flexible service provider

We provide a wide range of services to address a variety of needs. Our knowledgeable Central Referral Team will provide guidance and advice as to which of our services will meet your requirements or sign post you to another provider if we are unable to meet your needs.

SSP’s colleagues work closely with our customers on a confidential basis, assessing their needs and designing specific person-centred support plans for each individual.

Individual support

Our individual support services are aimed at helping our customers to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to maintain a stable home and a structured lifestyle before assisting them in the process of securing or retaining permanent independent accommodation. All of our accommodation based support services encourage customers to participate in group activities as well as feed their ideas into the service development plans of the organisation.

We take referrals from a variety of sources, including:

• Housing providers
• Health services
• Adult and Children's Social Care
• Self-referrals
• Police and Probation
• Substance Misuse services

Stepping Stone Projects works with a broad range of agencies on behalf of our customers and have developed close links with local housing providers, community based health services and social services.
