Individual support services help our customers develop their skills and knowledge.

A flexible service provider

We provide a wide range of services to address a variety of needs. Our knowledgeable Central Referral Team will provide guidance and advice as to which of our services will meet your requirements or sign post you to another provider if we are unable to meet your needs.

SSP’s colleagues work closely with our customers on a confidential basis, assessing their needs and designing specific person-centred support plans for each individual.

Individual support

We work alongside you to help you find a home, manage day-to-day life, and feel confident living independently. All of our accommodation based support services encourage you to participate in group activities as well as feed your ideas into the service development plans of the organisation. From your first conversation with us to moving into your own home, we’re with you every step of the way.

We take referrals from a variety of sources, including:

Stepping Stone Projects works with a broad range of agencies on behalf of our customers and have developed close links with local housing providers, community based health services and social services.
