New Assistant Director of Transformation

We’re delighted to announce that Sarah Shorrock has been appointed as our new Assistant Director of Transformation at Stepping Stone Projects!

Sarah’s journey with SSP has been truly inspiring—starting as a volunteer and progressing through key roles, including Supported Housing Worker, Operations Manager, and Digital Transformation Lead. Her passion, dedication, and expertise have played a vital role in shaping our services, and we’re excited to see her drive further innovation in this new leadership role.

We’re also delighted to share that Sarah has been nominated for Innovator of the Year, Women of the Year and Woman of the Future at the Women in Housing Awards 2025.
