Results of Client Satisfaction Survey 2018

An independent Client Satisfaction Survey was carried out in November and December 2018 with a total of 105 respondents, equating to 30% of the clients across all services within Stepping Stone Projects.

The overall findings were extremely positive with 93% of respondants being either very satisfied or satisfied overall; 72% being either very satisfied or satisfied with their accommodation; 90% being satisfied or very satisfied with the support; and 96% saying they would recommend us.

Whilst the results of the survey are fantastic, there are a small number of suggestions on how we can make our services even better. These suggestions will feed into our Service Development Plans for 2019/20.
