We remain firmly committed to our customer engagement programme, recognising that lasting, sustainable outcomes extend beyond the provision of accommodation. In addition to safe and stable homes, customers benefit from a broad range of engagement, learning and development opportunities. These include activities and trips designed to build confidence, foster independence and strengthen social connections.
Through SSP Connect, our digital customer hub, individuals can easily access support services, report repairs, develop digital skills, stay up to date with news, and take part in learning opportunities and events, with guidance from their support worker where needed. This is complemented by our new Independence Handbook, which helps customers build essential life skills, understand their rights and responsibilities, and gain confidence in managing their home, finances and wellbeing.
Together, this holistic approach helps reduce isolation, supports positive move-on outcomes, and equips customers with the tools they need to sustain their tenancies and thrive in the long term; delivering meaningful impact for both individuals and the wider community.
