Sarah's current role is to lead our project to develop our on-line service offer to both customers and colleagues and transform the way in which we deliver our services in the future. Prior to taking on this role, she was previously Digital Transformation Manager.
Having initially joined Stepping Stone Projects in 2013 as a volunteer, Sarah had a short break to complete her degree in Sociology & Criminology before returning in 2015 as a supported housing worker.
In 2019 Sarah was seconded to Lancashire County Council to coordinate the Homelessness Prevention Project, Breathing Space, and worked alongside a number of third sector organisations across East Lancashire supporting young people at risk of homelessness.
Sarah has a passion for encouraging young people to achieve positive outcomes and is pleased to be providing leadership, management and a strategic overview of some of our young people’s services.
