Helen is an experienced HR professional who joined Stepping Stone Projects in 2021 after nearly 20 years working within the not-for-profit sector.

She is CIPD qualified at level 7, has a degree in Psychology from the University of York and a post-graduate diploma in Human Resources management from Salford University.

Helen is responsible for delivering Our People strategy, driving cultural change and ensuring that we build our employer brand, so that we continue to attract and retain the best people.
