Nic joined Stepping Stone Projects via TUPE transfer from the Salvation Army in 2012, initially as a Supported Housing Worker, before being promoted to her current position of Operations Manager. She is responsible for the operational management of our unaccompanied asylum seeeking children service and our care leaver services, providing housing related support and dispersed accommodation services to young people in or leaving care.
Her post involves providing leadership and management to a number of staff teams across different locations, developing new projects and having a strategic overview of operational delivery. She ensures that the services within her remit meet their agreed targets and outcomes.
Nic has over 25 years of experience working in support and care, all of which have been spent in the charity sector.
