Andy joined Stepping Stone Projects in 2005, initially as a team leader, before being promoted to his previous position of operations manager where he was responsible for the operational management of a number of services for young people in or leaving care.
In November 2021 Andy was promoted to his current role of Assistant Director of Operations in which he supports our Director of Operations to lead the operational management team and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to all of our customers
Andy has over 25 years of experience working in the support and care sectors, the majority of which were spent in the charity sector. Andy is a governor at a primary school where he is link governor for two classes as well as sitting on the resource and safeguarding boards. Prior to this, he was on the board of trustees and was the company secretary of a local foodbank group.
