Spenser - Burnley

This project consists of 4 fully furnished self-contained studio flats for 16–25 year old single people who require a low level of support. The project is situated on a residential street in Paddiham, close to the town centre and on a main bus route into Burnley. Each tenant has a Floating Support Worker who works with them on a one-to-one basis in order to develop their independent living skills and address individual support needs.
